My wife looked at dozens of scarves while we were in NYC. We did not get back to buy her favorite. So this came up and was perfect. It is heavy enough to wear for cold days, and light enough to accessorize spring and fall fashions. She likes it and will wear it a lot. "i can wear it under a leather coat because it is not too bulky, and it is large enough to be quite versatile." The color is truly charcoal (black), and would also be pretty in a silver grey if it were available.
