Trina Turk, an LA based apparel and accessories designer is seeking a Store Manager for the Trina Turk Phipps Plaza Boutique. The Store Manager is responsible for the operations, management, merchandising, sales performance, and profitability. Responsibilities include store merchandising, providing sales leadership, executing opening and closing routines, maintaining inventory control and loss prevention procedures, hiring, training and supervising staff. We are looking for a dynamic and motivational sales leader with extensive retail experience. This individual must have strong fashion sense, trend awareness, knowledge of our customer, and an understanding of the Trina Turk brand and design aesthetic. They must have excellent interpersonal skills and proven individual results for outstanding sales and service.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Retail Management, Business Management, or related experience and must have 3+ years of experience in retail management or merchandising. Knowledge of Retail Math, Microsoft Office, and experience with Retail POS and Merchandising programs required. Full-time position; Must be available to work weekends.
