Los Angeles Boutique 8008 W. 3rd St (between Crescent Heights & Fairfax) Check out the new Trina Turk Residential department at our LA store! Located between the Grove and the Beverly Center, the 3300 square foot building housed a feather trim factory in the 1940s. The space has been transformed into a ladylike and airy modern take on a traditional department store salon. Angled plate glass windows from floor to ceiling provide both natural light and a view of the Hollywood Hills. Luxurious elements such as nude moire wallpaper, blush pink tile, inlaid patterned carpet, plaster chandeliers, faceted glass door pulls and Carrara marble surfaces combine to create an elegant atmosphere likened by one visitor to, being in a glass of pink champagne. Eighty blown glass globe light fixtures add a modern touch, creating the appearance of large bubbles floating over the central area of the store. The vintage/modern mix apparent in both the clothing and interiors by Kelly Wearstler make a perfect showcase for the Trina Turk "California chic" collection.
