DOES TRINA TURK RUN TRUE TO SIZE?

Trina Turk dresses and clothing run true to size, but Trina Turk swimwear runs slightly small; we recommend sizing up in swim. For more sizing information, see our SIZE GUIDE.


HOW DO I CHANGE OR CANCEL AN ORDER?

TO CANCEL YOUR ORDER: Please send an email immediately with your cancellation request and order number to customercare@trinaturk.com. We will try our best to fulfill your cancellation request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation before your order ships. In the event that your order ships, you can reject the shipment upon delivery, or simply ship back to us for a full refund.


TO CHANGE OR EDIT YOUR ORDER:

Due to the processing requirements of our order and shipping management system, we cannot make any changes or additions to your order once it has been placed.


WHERE IS THE REST OF MY SWIMSUIT?

Please note that all of our swimsuit pieces are sold separately. Please verify that your order confirmation reflects a purchase for both a top and a bottom. If not, you will need to place a new online order for the coordinating piece. If your order confirmation reflects the full purchase, and you only received one piece, please contact Customer Care via email at customercare@trinaturk.com or call 888.444.7748 for an update on your order status.


WILL MY CREDIT CARD BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY?

Your credit card/Pay Pal account will be charged once your order ships. In the event of a backorder, your full order will be charged, and any backordered item(s) will be shipped when available. In the event the backordered item(s) is no longer available, you will receive a refund for the unshipped item(s).


WHERE IS MY REFUND?

Your refund will be processed within 10 business days* of your package's arrival. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment, minus a $9.95 return fee. A refund issued to the original form of payment, such as a bank card, credit card and/or PayPal can take 1-7 business days to be returned to your account. *Due to high volume, our return processing times have increased and may vary.


WHAT IS YOUR RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY?

Trina Turk gladly accepts returns & exchanges on eligible items within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and with all original tags attached. Swimwear must be returned with protective lining in place. Any items received outside of the 30-day window or in non-returnable condition will be shipped back to the customer. A $9.95 return fee applies to all returned orders.

PLEASE NOTE: All items purchased at FINAL SALE cannot be returned for a refund or store credit. If any merchandise purchased from our FINAL SALE category is returned, it will be shipped back to the customer. No exceptions will be made. For more information on our RETURN POLICY


ARE PURCHASES TAX-FREE?

With the variation of sales tax policies in many states, we are required to collect sales tax. Once an order is placed, sales tax will automatically be calculated according to your shipping information.


IS ORDERING OVER THE INTERNET SECURE?

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our e-commerce servers and your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

TRINATURK.COM and MRTURK.COM do not support the following browsers and operating systems
