When will my order be shipped?

If your order is placed Monday thru Friday before 1:00 pm PST it will be shipped the same day. Any order placed Monday thru Thursday after 1:00 pm PST will be shipped the following day. All orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm PST thru Sunday will be shipped the following business day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Please note, no orders will be shipped on National Holidays. Please call 888.444.7748 for more information concerning our hours and shipping policy.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?
No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page an order confirmation number will be issued. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will also send you a second e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and your credit card has been charged.

We're offering an extension on our return policy for the holiday season! Any full price, unworn, unwashed item, with tags attached, ordered between 12/1/2011 - 1/17/2012 can be returned up to 1/31/2012 for a full refund. Please see below for our regular policy.  Please note return policy does not include sale items.

A happy customer is our primary goal! Trina Turk gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached and a copy of your packing slip within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund. Swimwear: Any suits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted due to health regulations.  If we receive such items your account will be charged $15 and the items will be returned to you.  Please note: All sale merchandise is final. For a full refund, returns must be received at our warehouses within 14 days of your original date of receipt.

To Exchange: Please return your full priced item within 14 days of purchase for a refund then place a new order online or by phone.

We will offer a one time price adjustment within 14 days of purchase on items purchased at full price.

Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any lingerie or marked down items.

How should I ship my return or exchange?

Trina Turk has partnered with UPS to make your return easier. Please find our Authorized Return Service label included in your order. This ARS label allows you to simply attach the sticker to your package and leave the package at any of the following locations: The UPS Store, a UPS Drop Box, A UPS Customer Center, or with any UPS driver. The cost of return shipping, $8, will be deducted from your refund OR you may also choose to return the package on your own. You will be required to pre-pay postage at the point of return. When will my credit card be refunded?
Your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days of your package's arrival. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
