TITLE: Marketing Manager, Digital

DEPARTMENT: Corporate

DESCRIPTION:

Affiliate Marketing

  • Review pending affiliate publisher applications; negotiate terms with publishers that complement the TT brand
  • Communicate with top performing affiliates (ex. Shop It To Me, Shopstyle, Polyvore) to set up newsletter features, seasonal promos, exclusive ad placements
  • Update PJ platform with current TT banner + text ads

Email  Marketing

  • Create "graphic request forms" for all marketing emails sent to complete web list
    • Select imagery, write product copy, define links, create secondary message banners
    • Send to graphic designer for mockup
  • Set up email in Bronto platform for scheduled blast
    • Create headers + footers specific to each email
    • Select lists email is to be sent to, segment contacts as necessary
    • Send test blast + schedule final blast
  • ­Set up “remail” deliveries
    • Segment list of contacts that did not open original delivery
    • Schedule remail final blast
  • Set up automated emails
    • Set up trigger to send birthday messages on contact’s birthday
    • In the process of setting up “welcome” message automated series for those who have recently signed up for messages
  • Testing: A/B testing with subject lines, days of the week & times of day
  • Upload TT boutiques’ email contact lists to Bronto platform on a weekly basis
    • Upload contacts via Matrix, create excel spreadsheet, upload to Bronto
  • Participate in monthly strategy call with Bronto strategist
  • Update Email Delivery Report following each email blast
    • Track email revenue, open rate, click through rate, revenue, contact loss, etc
  • Maintain binder of TT email artwork and competitive analysis digital binder

Social Media

  • Oversee all social channels
  • Manage social media by monitoring videos, photos, comments and posts for brand appropriateness
  • Analyze what competitors are doing and recommend and implement appropriate social strategies
  • Develop, manage and analyze online marketing initiatives
  • Implement and administer online sweepstakes
  • Drive profitable traffic and sales through viral and social marketing campaigns
  • Strategize with digital partners to develop opportunities for growth and engagement
  • Set up appropriate outlets that encourage the spread of user generated content
  • Tumblr: Update postings with imagery from most recent collections, Post TT blog postings
  • Facebook – daily strategic postings
  • Twitter – daily strategic postings
  • Pinterest:  Update with collection inspiration collages, Upload imagery, text + links to tt.com

Ecomm

  • Ensure all web and mobile marketing content and messaging are current and up to date across all platforms
  • Develop mobile marketing campaigns
  • Work with Ecomm content team on website homepage calendar to ensure alignment on all marketing messages

Weekly Reporting

  • Homepage click through rates
  • TY/LY daily traffic comparison
  • Email delivery report including open rates, click through rates, conversion rate, revenue, contact loss
  • Visitor metrics pulled from Google Analytics; # of visitors, page views, bounce rate
  • Ecommerce overview metrics pulled from Google Analytics; conversion rate, transactions, revenue, quantity
  • Site referrals; ranked by quantity + ranked by revenue
  • Create the Retail Email Capture Report for ATTN

Other

  • Maintain digital marketing budget
  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans and programs, both short and long term, to support sales and revenue objectives
  • Monitor and track timelines to ensure information and deliverables are produced/received for each project
  • Stay up to date with digital marketing industry trends/ Research new digital companies that could be beneficial partners.  Negotiate rates and programs.
  • Help plan, market and oversee digital advertising and online promotional activities
  • Monitor competitive digital marketing activities & evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
  • Segmentation: Analyze client info and create targeted campaigns  
  • Contribute to Marketing Newsletter
  • Assist with additional marketing projects as needed.

EXPERIENCE/TRAINING/EDUCATION:

  • 2-3 years in digital marketing/eCommerce
