What are your shipping fees?

FedEx Ground: Free
FedEx 2 Day: $25
FedEx Overnight: $40

Please note Free Ground Shipping does not apply to international orders or orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico are only eligible for 2 day or next day shipping. Please add $15.00 to the rates above for any shipment to Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico.

Please note that we do not offer Saturday delivery.

When will my order be shipped?

If your order is placed Monday thru Friday before 1:00 pm PST it will be shipped the same day. Any order placed Monday thru Thursday after 1:00 pm PST will be shipped the following day. All orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm PST thru Sunday will be shipped the following business day. You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. Please note, no orders will be shipped on National Holidays. Please call 888.444.7748 for more information concerning our hours and shipping policy.

What's the status of my order? How do I track my order?

Once you have placed an order, you have the availability of checking its status at any time. To track your order from this page, click here. Once an order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email that will contain your tracking information.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! Gift Cards can be purchased in $50, $100, $150, $200, $500 and $1000 increments. Gift Cards are redeemable on our website as well as in any Trina Turk Boutique. To purchase a Gift Card click here.

Will my credit card be charged immediately?

No. Your credit card will not be charged until your order is shipped. When you enter your credit card information on the final review page an order confirmation number will be issued. You will also immediately receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will also send you a second e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and your credit card has been charged.

How do I change or cancel an order?

Please contact a Trina Turk customer service representative at 1-888-444-7748. Office hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. 

Why did you call or email me to verify my order?

For your own security and protection, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious regarding your order

Are purchases tax free?

No. We currently are required to collect sales tax in the following states: California, Florida, New York, Texas and Washington.

Is ordering over the Internet secure?

Yes. Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption is used for every transaction in order to ensure your order is secure. SSL encrypts the transmissions from our ecommerce servers and your computer. SSL encryption works by forming a matched pair with the transmission from your computer transmission and our server, so that only data to and from these sources can be valid.

How do I know that my order has been shipped?

We will send you an e-mail with your tracking number and a link to where you can track it online once your order has been shipped. 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes!  We offer international shipping with our shipping partner International Checkout.  Once you are ready to check out, just click the "International Shipping" button on the first page of checkout.  You will move to the International Checkout process and your order will be on it's way.

*Please note that coupon codes & promotional incentives cannot be applied to international orders.

Do you ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

For security reasons we do not currently ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What is your return/exchange policy?

A happy customer is our primary goal! Trina Turk gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached and a copy of your packing slip within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund.Swimwear: Any suits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted due to health regulations. If we receive such items your account will be charged $15 and the items will be returned to you. Please note: For a full refund, returns must be received at our warehouses within 14 days of your original date of receipt. **All sale merchandise is final.

To Exchange: Please return your full priced item within 14 days of purchase for a refund then place a new order online or by phone.

We will offer a one time price adjustment within 14 days of purchase on items purchased at full price.

Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any lingerie or marked down items.

To exchange please return your full priced item within 14 days of purchase for a refund then place a new order online or by phone.

When will my credit card be refunded?

Your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days of your package's arrival. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
