OUR RETURN POLICY:  Trina Turk gladly accepts returns on full priced, unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached within 14 days of receiving your order.  To return your order, please ship back your item(s) using the prepaid return shipping label included with your full priced order along with a copy of your packing slip within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund. Any item(s) returned after the 14 day timeframe will be shipped back to the customer. Refunds will be made in the form of the original form of payment. 

SALE MERCHANDISE: All merchandise from our SALE category is final sale. We cannot accept returns on sale items. If any merchandise purchased from our SALE category is returned, it will be shipped back to the customer. No exceptions will be made.

SWIMWEAR: Any swimwear that is soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted due to health regulations. If we receive such items your account will be charged $15 and the items will be returned to you.

EXCHANGES: At this time, we cannot accommodate direct exchanges. To exchange, please return your full priced item(s) for a refund and place a new online order for the correct item(s).

SHIPPING ERRORS OR DAMAGES: In the event that an order is processed incorrectly or you receive a damaged and/or defective item, we will gladly replace that item or accept it for a full refund at our expense. Please contact Customer Care via email at customercare@trinaturk.com to request your return/exchange.  All requests must be sent in writing via email and will not be accepted via phone call.

IN-STORE RETURNS: Any purchases made online at www.trinaturk.com or www.mrturk.com can only be returned online. Trina Turk boutiques cannot process any returns or exchanges for purchases made through our website.

IN-STORE PURCHASES: If you purchased Trina Turk merchandise at a Trina Turk boutique, department store, or other online retailer please return it back to that store or retailer. Trina Turk is not responsible for merchandise purchased from any other wholesale carrier or other distribution channel. This includes defective and/or damaged merchandise. No exceptions will be made. Please review their policies upon purchase. You may find all of our store information in the boutique locator at the top left of the website.

REFUNDS: Your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days of receipt of your package. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Refunds may take 1-7 business days to reflect on your bank card, credit card and/or PayPal account. Refunds due to a Trina Turk gift card will be refunded as a new Trina Turk gift card and shipped to the billing address on file.

SHIPPING ADDRESS: All eligible purchases will include a prepaid return shipping label with our carrier of choice. We are not responsible for lost return packages, and recommend you insure and track your package. Customers are welcome to use their shipping method of choice; however, return shipping cost for a third-party shipping service is the responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by our company. PRICE ADJUSTMENT: Trina Turk gladly honors a one-time price adjustment on full priced merchandise within 14 days from the date of purchase. Items not purchased at full price are ineligible for price adjustments. There are no price adjustments for SALE category merchandise.
