What is your return/exchange policy?
A happy customer is our primary goal! Trina Turk gladly accepts returns of unworn, unwashed merchandise with all tags attached and a copy of your packing slip within 14 days of receiving your item(s) for a full refund. Swimwear: Any suits that are soiled, worn, damaged or laundered will not be accepted due to health regulations. If we receive such items your account will be charged $15 and the items will be returned to you. Please note: For a full refund, returns must be received at our warehouses within 14 days of your original date of receipt. **All sale merchandise is final.

To Exchange: Please return your full priced item within 14 days of purchase for a refund then place a new order online or by phone.

We will offer a one time price adjustment within 14 days of purchase on items purchased at full price.

Please note, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on any lingerie or marked down items.


**For a limited time we will be offering free returns.

You may use the return shipping label included within your shipment free of charge to return full price merchandise.

How should I ship my return or exchange?

Trina Turk has partnered with UPS to make your return easier. Please find our Authorized Return Service label included in your order. This ARS label allows you to simply attach the sticker to your package and leave the package at any of the following locations: The UPS Store, a UPS Drop Box, A UPS Customer Center, or with any UPS driver. The cost of return shipping, $8, will be deducted from your refund OR you may also choose to return the package on your own**. You will be required to pre-pay postage at the point of return. Please send your merchandise back via insured mail to:

When will my credit card be refunded?
Your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days of your package's arrival. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

The credit may not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. You will be notified via email when this transaction has taken place.
