SIGNING UP
HOW DO I SIGN UP?
Signup is easy! Just head to our rewards page enter your name, email, and password. It’s free to join and you will automatically be signed up to receive emails with insider access to sales, promotions, and all of our newest launches. If you already have an account with trinaturk.com or mrturk.com, you’re already registered! Just login to see your points and available rewards.
WHAT ARE THE ADVANTAGES?
Members receive rewards points for each online or in-store purchase that can then be redeemed towards future purchases. You can also receive points for following us on social media, sharing your birthday, referring friends (coming soon!), and more!
WHAT IF I HAVE AN OLD EMAIL ADDRESS OR MULTIPLE EMAIL ADDRESSES AND WANT TO COMBINE MY ACCOUNTS & EARNINGS?
Simply email customercare@trinaturk.com and we can combine your accounts
DO I NEED TO SIGN UP ON BOTH TRINATURK.COM AND MRTURK.COM?
Nope, you only need to sign up with one account. You can earn points and redeem rewards at either online store or boutique. However, if you are shopping both stores, make sure to use the same email for both accounts.
EARNING AND REDEEMING POINTS
HOW DO I EARN POINTS?
If shopping online, make sure you are logged into your account on trinaturk.com or mrturk.com and points will be added once your order is confirmed. If shopping at one of our boutiques, as long as the email you provide the store associate when checking out matches your email for the Rewards program, you will earn points automatically. Note that points for in-store purchases may take 2-3 business days to hit your account.
HOW DO I REDEEM POINTS?
If shopping online, there will be a dropdown at checkout to apply any available rewards to your order. Simply select the reward you would like to use and your discount will be applied. If shopping in our boutiques, access your Loyalty & Rewards account by visiting trinaturk.com or mrturk.com OR by scanning the QR codes at the register. Pull up the reward you would like to use and show the store associate. They will apply the reward voucher to your purchase
CAN I USE A REWARD WITH A PROMO CODE?
You may combine rewards with most promo codes, however, some promos may have unique restrictions.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY POINTS AND REWARDS I CAN EARN?
There is not a maximum point limit, however, please note: all points and rewards expire 1 year after date earned.
IS THERE A LIMIT TO HOW MANY POINTS AND REWARDS I CAN REDEEM?
You can redeem up to 500 points on any order, however, you must spend a certain amount to redeem more points; see point redemption guidelines below. All spend limits are based on pre-tax total.
- To redeem 1000 points, your order must be $100 or more.
- To redeem 1500 points, your order must be $150 or more.
- To redeem 2000 points, your order must be $200 or more.
- To redeem 3000 points, your order must be $300 or more.
- To redeem 5000 points, your order must be $500 or more.
- To redeem 10,000 points, your order must be $1000 or more.
- To redeem 20,000 points, your order must be $2000 or more.
I HAVE A $5 REWARD IN MY ACCOUNT; DO I HAVE TO USE IT TODAY?
You are welcome to grow your rewards and save for something bigger, however, please note: all points and rewards expire 1 year after date earned.
I'VE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOREVER. DO I GET CREDIT FOR MY PAST PURCHASES?
We do not have a way to give points for past purchases. That said, current customers can expect special promotions, point multipliers and other rewards over time.
I DIDN'T GET POINTS FOR MY LAST PURCHASE. WHAT CAN I DO?
Ensure you were logged into your account when checking out and did not checkout as a guest. If you feel you have done this in error, email customercare@trinaturk.com and we can manually award points to make it right! Please note we do not award points for the purchase of gift cards.
ARE MY POINTS/REWARDS INTERCHANGEABLE BETWEEN TRINATURK.COM AND MRTURK.COM?
Yes! While there is a unique signup page for each web store, the program is the same. You can earn points at Mr Turk and spend your rewards at Trina Turk (or vice versa). Just make sure you use the same email on both accounts.
MY BIRTHDAY WAS LAST WEEK. WHY DIDN'T I GET A REWARD?
It depends on when you added your birthday to your account. We only give birthday points to members that have activated the birthday reward at least 30 days before their date of birth. If you were within that time period, you will receive you birthday points 30 days after activating.
RETURNS
DO I GET MY REWARD BACK IF I RETURN THIS PURCHASE?
Yes. If you are returning the entire order, we will refund you the total dollar amount spent after the discount was applied (i.e. if your purchase was $100 and you used a $10 reward, you would receive $90 back on your method of payment). The points and reward redeemed will also be added back into your rewards account.
