HOLIDAY SHIPPING UPDATE

To receive your order before Christmas (Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022):

  • Ground Shipping: Please place your order on or before Wednesday, Dec. 14, 2022 at 1pm PST
  • 2-Day and Overnight Shipping: Orders must be placed on or before Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2022 at 1pm PST
*Orders placed after 1pm PST, Tuesday, Dec. 20, 2022 will be shipped FedEx Ground only, and will not be received before Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022.

Offices will be closed:
  • Friday, Dec. 23, 2022 - Monday, Dec. 26, 2022
  • Friday, Dec. 30, 2022 - Monday, Jan. 2, 2023
*Orders placed between Dec. 26, 2022 and Jan. 2, 2023 will be delayed.

In the event the backordered item(s) is no longer available, you will receive a refund for the unshipped item(s).

Please send an email immediately with your cancellation request and order number to customercare@trinaturk.com. We will try our best to fulfill your cancellation request, but we cannot guarantee cancellation before your order ships. In the event that your order ships, you can reject the shipment upon delivery, or simply ship back to us for a full refund.

TO CHANGE OR EDIT YOUR ORDER:
Due to the processing requirements of our order and shipping management system, we cannot make any changes or additions to your order once it has been placed.


WHY DID YOU CALL OR EMAIL ME TO VERIFY MY ORDER?

For your own security and protection, we will call or e-mail you to verify your information if in the normal course of fraud control we find something suspicious regarding your order.
