All orders placed Monday through Friday before 1:00 pm PST take one full business day to process and an additional business day to ship.
All orders placed Friday after 1:00 pm PST through Sunday will be processed the following Monday and can take an additional two business days to ship.
You will receive an e-mail confirmation once your order has shipped. This shipping timeline is applicable to all orders, including orders with expedited shipping.

For security reasons, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Due to our holiday hours, we want to ensure your presents arrive on time for Christmas! Our shipping cut off dates are as follows. Please note, this is an estimate and is not guaranteed.
FEDEX GROUND: 5-7 business days order by December 13, 2019 12PM PT.
FEDEX 2DAY: 1-3 business days, order by December 18, 2019 12PM PT.
OVERNIGHT: 1-2 business days order by December 20, 2019 12PM PT.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
We ask that you contact our Customer Care Team at 1.888.444.7748 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance on filing a claim. Our customer service hours are Monday to Friday from 9AM to 5PM PT. Our partnership with FedEx allows Trina Turk to have a 10 business day window policy from delivery date where our team can start a trace/file a claim with FedEx. Anything outside that time frame, will result in a loss.
RETURN & SHIPPING DELAYS
Due to high demand and volume shipping on orders placed during this time will be delayed.
