RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you love everything you ordered. If something isn't quite right, we're here to help.

To begin your return or exchange, visit: https://returns.trinaturk.com You'll need your order number and shipping zip code. All returns and exchanges are processed through our online portal, powered by Loop.

In-Store Returns & Exchanges Visit any Trina Turk boutique for complimentary returns and exchanges. Please bring your merchandise, packing slip, and order number. Find a store near you: https://www.trinaturk.com/pages/boutiques

Online Exchanges Exchanges are complimentary on eligible merchandise and may be made for a different size or color. Select "exchange" when initiating your return through our portal.

Online Returns Full-priced merchandise may be returned within 30 days of receipt with all original tags attached. Once initiated through our portal, you may generate a prepaid FedEx label. A $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund. Refunds are issued to the original form of payment within approximately 10 business days of receipt.

International Returns International orders may be returned within 14 days of receipt. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. To begin, use our online portal or contact Customer Care.

Price Adjustments We're happy to offer a one-time price adjustment on full-price merchandise permanently marked down within 14 days of purchase. Adjustments do not apply to items purchased on sale or with a promotional discount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact Customer Care before returning. We'll waive the return shipping fee and make it right.

Final Sale Items marked Final Sale at the time of purchase are not eligible for return, exchange, or store credit.

Please Note

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered are not eligible for return.
  • Swimwear must be returned with all tags attached and sanitary liners in place.
  • Returns received outside the eligibility window or not meeting the above criteria will be sent back to the original shipping address.
