Add Vodka - Hold the Rum

Summer's in full swing, but it won't last forever. Let's savor its sweet, fleeting nature with – what else?—a cocktail.  
We've heard this 1970's Hawaiian classic "disco in a glass," but the timeless tiki drink is essentially a Piña Colada made with vodka instead of rum (with a cuter name to boot)Simple, indulgent, and party-perfect as the day (or night) is long. 


 Chi-Chi Cocktail



  • 1½ ounces vodka 
  • 1 ounce cream of coconut 
  • 4 ounces pineapple juice 
  • 1 cup ice

Optional (garnish):

  • Pineapple slice
  • Maraschino cherry



  • Combine ingredients in blender with 1 cup ice
  • Blend until smooth
  • Pour into your favorite tropical glass and garnish with a pineapple slice and maraschino cherry
